Please note we’re not responsible for import duties/taxes. If you’re located outside of the EU, please make sure you’ve checked the import fee that applies to your situation.

Return policy

In case you’ve received a faulty/damaged/wrong item, please send an email (including a picture and your order number) to hello@marzou.com so we can provide a solution in the form of a refund or a replacement.

In case you would like to return an unused item to receive a refund, you can do so within 30 days after delivery. Please send an email to hello@marzou.com with your order number first to get the process started. Make sure you return the item in the same condition as received and that the seal is not broken. Please note that you, as the buyer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. After receipt and inspection, we'll issue the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.

In case you’ve tried the item and are not 100% happy, we’ve got you covered with our satisfaction guarantee. Please send an email to hello@marzou.com, within 3 months after delivery, with your order number and a short explanation of which product is not working for you. We’ll provide you with store credit for the same amount, and our recommendation for an alternative. 

(Please note there is a maximum of €70 yearly on using our satisfaction guarantee)
